ilzofix™

ilzoflex™ is a single-axis tracking system that can provide additional PV system output of 20-30% over a fixed mount system. ilzoflex™ is a light weight, self-calibrating system that can be installed on most flat roofs without roof penetration.

Ilzofix™ is an aerodynamically designed, ballasted system offering various tilt angles. The system can be assembled and installed quickly and efficiently on most flat roofs and without roof penetration.

Iliofix™ is an aerodynamically designed, ballasted system offering various tilt angles. The system can be assembled and installed quickly and efficiently on most flat roofs and without roof penetration.

The benefits offered by ilzofix™ include:

 • Aerodynamic design – creating a wind-tunnel-tested downward pressure during high-wind situations. Every system with each project is modelled for its aerodynamic performance under the expected wind regimes. Modelling provides details of the amount of add-on edge ballast required for the installation (if any).
 • Inbuilt natural convection cooling – facilitating free upward air passage beneath the modules
 • Light-weight design – delivering a light but stiff spaceframe-like support structure with an equally-distributed average weight of < 14 kg/m2 of roof area (incl. PV modules and cabling)
 • Positioning flexibility – accommodates uneven roof lines and avoidance of obstacles
 • Quick-assembly concept – being pre-fabricated and light-weight, the system significantly reduces on-roof construction and installation time.
 • Electrical safety – accommodating all wiring beneath the boxed-in array of modules,
 • Access – unhindered access around each module for maintenance and cleaning
 • Product warranty – 10 years

In strong winds the airflow creates a negative pressure beneath the panels, creating down force and stabilising the panels.
